Legend Releases Lead Single “Locusts of Man”

Charging The Field Releasing October 20th on Imminence Records

Imminence Records’ recently signed progressive death/black metal band Legend (featuring current and former members of Misery IndexScour, and Strong Intention) has just unleashed their lead single off their forthcoming EP. “Locusts of Man,” is the closing track off the four song Charging The Field EP that will be released October 20th digitally through Imminence Records and physically through Unholy Anarchy Records.

“We are really excited to get to work with Imminence and Unholy Anarchy on this EP. A lot of work went into this, and we got to work with a longtime friend, Mark, and a longtime hero, Dan Swanö. We feel this single is a fitting introduction to our blackened death metal sound, and is especially relevant to current world events.” – Ryan Vincent Mullins

About Legend:

Legend is a progressive death/black metal project from St. Louis, MO, whose forthcoming EP features current and ex-members of Misery IndexScour, and Strong Intention. The band tracked all drums and guitars at Apollo Audio with band member/engineer Ryan Vincent Mullins with mixing done by acclaimed Swedish producer/musician Dan Swanö (Edge Of SanityBloodbathKatatoniaOpeth). Titled Charging the Field, the EP is a product of a collaboration between the band and Mark Kloeppel from Misery Index. In September of 2017, the band announced that they had signed with Imminence Records and Unholy Anarchy Records to release the EP on October 20th. The long time friends are set to continue making Legend into a metal mainstay alongside their other projects, with this EP as a great introduction to what is to come.
