Saint Tragedy releases their new EP, Prolonging the Agony, today, January 26, 2018, via Pavement Entertainment in digital outlets everywhere.
Prolonging the Agony features the single “No More Religion.” The song takes a stand against the fallacies that sometimes emerge as a result of organized religion.
Wayne Wiginton, vocalist, explains the track as, “‘No More Religion’ is a song about not letting other people’s beliefs be shoved down your throat. Some wanna mold you into what they see you to be. The song is essentially saying, ‘Give me a chance to live this life out myself; let me see what this road entails’.”
Furthermore, Wayne adds, “This whole EP is about triumph. It’s about looking at yourself through a broken mirror and picking up the pieces.”
Hailing from Kenosha, WI, Saint Tragedy formed their unique hard rock sound in 2008. In the years to follow, they have had the chance to develop their sound and open for many national bands to expand their audience.
Best classified as modern day hard rock band with a bit of an old school sound twist, Saint Tragedy continues to attract people of all ages. They pour their energy into their music, wanting to bring a raw, heartfelt, honest sound to the hard rock scene.
