Dirty Moonshine Drop New Single and  Launch Thundafund Campaign For New Album

Today sees the release Dirty Moonshines new single Shake The Roof taken from their debut full length album Bottom of the Barrel, which is set for release on the 27th July 2018.

The band have also launched a Thundafund to help cover the costs of the album, bassist Dave Freedman had the following to say “We are excited to announce that our debut album “Bottom of the Barrel” is finally in the final stages of completion. To deliver the best product we can, we are looking to source some funds from our crowding funding Thundfund account to assist in paying off the rest of the album and productions costs. In so doing, we have come up with some exciting rewards that range from limited edition merchandise and some fun surprises. The type that you would have to hide from your mother.”

Dripping with sweat, and smelling of booze, Dirty Moonshine is everything your mother told you to avoid.

Rumbling and thundering from the Gauteng highveld, Dirty Moonshine sets the South African music scene ablaze with their whiskey-swilling, cigarette-toting, blues-swinging, rock ‘n roll.

Reminiscent of hot days, boozy nights, and dusty shoes, Dirty Moonshine has taken their own unique brand of rock’ n roll across the country, with a view to turn every single venue upside down.

Four members with experience old enough that it could legally order its own scotch, the band has forged its own inimitable sound within an otherwise decaying market.

So if you like some grit in your music, and dust in your soul, follow the thud of the bass to find Dirty Moonshine on a stage near you.
