November 13, 2018 – Trophy Eyes has shared the breathtaking, gorgeous live visual for “Lavender Bay” off their recent full length, The American Dream, released earlier this year. Fans can check out the music video here: smarturl.it/LavenderBayVideo
Filmed at the bands’ Australian headlining dates, showcasing their biggest shows to date, “Lavender Bay” brings fans into the world of The American Dream.
Singer/Vocalist, John Floreani, described the significance of the song, “I used to walk through Lavender Bay, Sydney, picking the places I’m going to live from the harbour view mansions that towered over me.” Floreani continued, “Sydney is my home, and I wanted it to know who I was. This song is living proof that dreams do come true, and we caught it all on camera. What’s your Lavender Bay?”
Trophy Eyes‘ third album American Dream is out now on Hopeless Records. Fans can stream now via Apple Music or Spotify, and purchase here.
Bursting with nuanced energy and massive hooks, The American Dream (released on August 3 on Hopeless Records) exploded out of the gate charting at #8 in Australia (#1 Australian/Independent Artist), earning the coveted Triple J Feature Album, and garnering high praise from the critics (5/5 NME, 9/10 Rock Sound, 4K Kerrang!). The band continues to anchor their body of work with high profile touring, including 2018’s Reading and Leeds Festival and upcoming Australia and US headlining dates.
On November 15, Trophy Eyes will embark on a full US co-headlining tour with Seaway, Can’t Swim, Microwave, and Hot Mulligan. For a full list of dates, please see below. Tickets are available at trophyeyesmusic.com
