Today, New Jersey post-emo band, Misery Loves Company, has released a brand new single, “Dead Inside.” The track is the first new music the band has released since their debut EP, Love Notes and Highways, through Revival Recordings in 2017. The single and accompanying stream video will be premiering with New Noise Magazine later today!
When discussing the message behind the track, vocalist Jim Ruggiero stated, “Dead Inside is about the struggles of living with depression and how frustrating it can be to truly express those feelings to friends or loved ones. It can be a literal hell most days and not having people around to understand can sometimes make you feel worse and or alone in the situation. So I wrote this song so neither of us feel alone again.”
“Dead Inside” is available now to stream or purchase on all digital platforms.
